Public Key Infrastructure
iSec offers solutions to meet the need of clients in deploying public key infrastructure. iSec has its own digital certificate server which produces digital certificates X.509 V3.0 for following applications :
- Email
- Server
- Client
- Code Signing
iSec PKI server can be easily integrated to existing applications reducing the deployment time. Specific features of the iSec PKI server are :
Key Generation
- Browser Based
- Smart Card (PC/SC Compliant)
- Stand alone Client
Registration Authority
Provides for registration services for certificate requests. Presently supported on Linux Red hat 6.2 supports LDAP. Communications with PKI server use SSL3.0 and digital signatures (RSA with SHA-1). Provides for search and CRL facilities.
Certification Authority
iSec's Certificate server presently on Linux Red Hat 6.2 generates RSA keys of user defined lengths. It provides for storage of these keys on a database using 3DES encryption.
iSec has plans to keep this certificate server on the web for client usage in near future.
